Artist's Comments

This type of still life is apparently called a cubism... throwing in some fractured perspectives to jazz things up a bit. I think it worked out pretty well, even with the conflicting light sources.

The objects are a Greek-looking vase, a stool, the neck of a cello, and some straw at the foot of the stool.

Sharpie and colored pencil on crappy construction paper.

fun! I like the way the strokes move in a circle while the composition is divided into line shapes.
